Stuff we can do in the meantime

Whilst we work out what to do about the whole premises thing, I've been working on some of the background stuff we're going to need to have an efficient, smart company.

My day job involves, basically, all of this sort of thing, so I'm looking forward to carrying over a lot of this knowledge and experience into Buffalo Brownies as that will help Emma concentrate on the more practical bits. We've got a website to sort out, packaging to consider, raw materials to source... well, if we're to do it properly, that is! Is it a little pathetic that I'm actually quite excited about all this side of it, as much as getting our brownies out there for the generally public to savour? Yeah? Ah well, it is what it is. :-)

We're building up a really good variety of flavours and names now, and I've also thought of a really nice way to bring the "menu" of flavours we're gathering together with the wild west-y, pioneering-spirit theme of Buffalo Brownies itself. More on that in the months to come... [/cryptic]
