Shelf life of our cakes
Like any freshly baked cake, free of preservatives, our brownies and blondies have a distinct shelf life from the date of baking.
For this brownie, the shelf life is ten days.
Delivery times
Every order you make is fulfilled with freshly baked brownies or blondies. We aim to get your cakes to you within a maximum of three working days but please allow between three to five days for delivery. If your order is more urgent than this, please contact us and we will try our darnedest to accommodate you!
Deliveries to outside the UK
Please contact us if you would like to arrange delivery to further flung addresses before placing your order.
Refunds
In the event of a request to cancel an order, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the amount paid via the payment processor (e.g. PayPal, Stripe) to cover administrative costs.

The quantity of items I selected isn't what is added to my cart
Sometimes you will add items to your cart, but the cart will show fewer items than you selected as having been added. This is due to our stock levels and the cart not letting you purchase more than we have in stock to sell. Do contact us if you have an order you would like to place that is larger than the cart is allowing you to.
