Add a gift message and your preferred baking date in your cart. Your billing details, delivery name and delivery address are taken on our secure payment page.
Baking date: Unlike our other products, orders on our Box Waiting list are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis from freshly-baked but surplus-to-requirements production runs for our programme of live events. As such, your order will arrive as a surprise!

Shelf life of our cakes
Like any freshly baked cake, free of preservatives, our brownies and blondies have a distinct shelf life from the date of baking.
For brownies, the shelf life is ten days.
For blondies, the shelf life is seven days.
Deliveries to outside the UK
Please contact us if you would like to arrange delivery to further flung addresses before placing your order.
Refunds
In the event of a request to cancel an order, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the amount paid via the payment processor (e.g. PayPal, Stripe) to cover administrative costs.

The quantity of items I selected isn't what is added to my cart
Sometimes you will add items to your cart, but the cart will show fewer items than you selected as having been added. This is due to our stock levels and the cart not letting you purchase more than we have in stock to sell. Do contact us if you have an order you would like to place that is larger than the cart is allowing you to.
