We're gearing up for the final Sutton Bonington Farmers' Market of the year (Wednesday 5 December) and are already taking pre-orders from canny customers hoping to avoid disappointment if we sell out again!

Since March this year, we have attended the SBFM with our array of chocolatey and toffee-y slices and, pretty much universally, we've found that this lot can't get enough of them. Good for us, good for them. We have, however, struggled to ensure that supply meets demand each time and have, embarrassingly, sold out within around about the first hour of each of the last few markets...

We're hoping to be able to produce a lot more in time for this next market - as it is their special Christmas market - so this should see a few more people happy with cakey goodness in their arms. If you would like to reserve your selection, like a few people have done already, please email the team on discovery@buffalobrownies.com before 10pm on Tuesday 4 December with your request and they will make sure you get what you desire (as long as you collect it before 2.30pm on the day of the market!)

BB will be bringing the following flavours with them this month:

Atomic - regular blondie

Chip - blondie with milk chocolate chips

Klondike - maple syrup blondie

Pure - regular 70% dark chocolate brownie

Clementine - 70%DC with orange oil and orange jelly pieces

Firefly - 70%DC with red chili pepper

Express - 70%DC with espresso coffee

Connoisseur - regular 80% dark chocolate brownie

Forêtnoir - 80%DC with Kirsch and black cherry jelly pieces

Alvarado - WINTER SPECIAL - 80%DC with beetroot juice and chunks

Fremont - 80%DC made with a gluten-free flour mix

Hopefully you will find your flavour from amongst that assortment. We might, if you are lucky, also have a sample of a sneak preview of our forthcoming January release. It has been on our books since the beginning and is beloved of some of our oldest fans but we wanted to wait for the right moment to unleash it on the rest of you. It is worth the wait. Trust us.
