We're thinking ahead, here in the lab.

Well, Management like it if we can, anyway. Time's flying by and the new year fast approaches, which means that our beloved Eve shall shortly leave us for a well-earned break until next Autumn. For us, though, it does mean a bit of a job is on trying to find a suitable replacement that will live up to the sultry charms of our spicy blondie.

Could there even be such a thing as a detox brownie?!

We're also pretty smug, here, sitting on the recipe for what we think is going to be a bit of a smasher for the permanent range. It's had a couple of public outings at private events (and sits as the most beloved favourite of one of our most ardent local fans) so some folks have already had the pleasure of meeting Goldrush up close... Caramel and chocolate. What combination could be finer? How long can you all wait, we wonder...

*a release valve lets off somewhere across the lab*

Oooh, 'eck! That's Female Management's latest pet project bubbling away under there... a whole new breed of traybake, ready to take over the world... Good thing they're all so damned tasty. A nice epidemic. Coming soon to a theater near you... or, you know, your kitchen. We've got to admit, though: we never thought THAT would go so well with THAT, but BOY OH BOY. We love science, we do. It creates such happy accidents, sometimes!
