Lovely unit!

What a lovely little unit that was!

The guy from Rushton Hickman figured that the sort of business we want to run would be ideal for that sort of unit, as we're going to try and major on energy/resource efficiency which is a massive feature of these units too. Rent/rates don't sound too onerous, as long as we can pick up a few retail suppliers in the early months, and it's in a brilliant location in terms of allying to the brand. Buffalo Brownies would do well here... Need to talk about the specifics of running this sort of business from this sort of unit with the planning department - the lettings guy didn't think there'd be a problem.
